And to try to wrap up things here, going back to Akiha's feelings for Umeda. They... haven't changed a bit since he first arrived to camp, in fact, they've became stronger. But he's been considerably cutting down the loud and shameless PDAs, not only because things seem to be moving with Ayame, but because he feels his relationship with Umeda is in a difficult place with Umeda. And yes, checkers analogy goes here. He doesn't want to give up, but he doesn't want to risk losing either, so he's just sort of waiting until he can think of a good strategy to win... or at least lose dignified.

Also, b-because I just remembered and I don't think I've never mentioned this before, but. Akiha is terrified of Umeda loving him. I mean, he knows he cares about him and he loves him as a friend, but you know what I mean. Because for all he claims to want to win Sempai's heart, he wouldn't honestly know what to do when/if it actually happened. Because, "what if Sempai's just doing it because he's tired of this whole situation?", "what if he doesn't really love me, but I've made him believe otherwise?", "what if I'm not good enough for him and just make everything worse?", what if, what if.

Yes, he's a retard. BIG NEWS.
