It really depends on how much money you have and whether it would cripple you.

I personally would choose option one if only to break up when the need for paid time hits you. As a rule I have to pay all six at once, and that can be a problem if you didn't expect it coming or you're between paychecks. So breaking it up can help. It's cheaper, overall, to do it this way because in two months time you won't get the free icons, whereas right now you would.

That said, if it's going to make your financial situation dire, then I wouldn't go for it.
