Aaaat this point I am just waiting to see what comes out of this huge mess because I Akiha's account expired like clockwork and I super duper refuse to renew unless Things With LJ Are Sorted Out. So yes, a thousand apologies to everyone I have failed on this, but I would be mooore than willing to backdate these in the future if people are interested. '^' bwuh bwuh.

Contact Methods: Email (ame.darknight at gmail) is the surefire way to poke me nowadays, though I also lurk on gchat sometimes, I'm just a lot spottier there. plurk is also great for getting my attention, generally.
Timezone and Scheduling Issues: I'm on CST! I usually work 9-6 on weekdays and I tag around at those times when there is time, otherwise I stick to nights/weekends for long/involved things.

This... started out as an attempt to sort out where exactly I am standing with my characters because I just came out of a huge rut where I kept feeling like I should drop everyone. So it's like a combo between apping + reasons why I love the character + chicken soup + dropping meme and a little bit more. IT IS RIDICULOUSLY TL;DR BECAUSE I PLAY 12 CHARAS AND I LIKE HEARING MYSELF TYPE A LOT, so... that is your warning.

And now allow me to explain!! Finances are still kind of wacky for me, so logically I should go for the second option. Except... having things paid for for more than two months is relatively cheaper and that's two characters less I'd need to worry about. Not to mention lolol, who knows what's going to happen with the USD next year.
On the other hand, I'm still very 8( at LJ in general and giving them so much money makes me feel like I'm betraying my own principles. NOT TO MENTION... they might still do the a la carte userpics deal sometime before/around March and then all of my issues would be solved. Or... not, because this is LJ we're talking about, BUT I DIGRESS. Also, it'd be more charas for less money.
SO, THIS IS MY DILEMMA. Right now I'm leaning more towards the second option, but like I said, input is appreciated. Help me Obi-Wan CFUD, you are my only hope.
